Assalamualaikum guys. Okay today I'm gonna share my recent stories. Few days ago, I have searched for part time job in Google as I'm still in semester break, so why not. While I was searching, I found a website that offers a part time job which was as a hamper packer. All I have to do is just wrap the hamper, and that's it! The company will pay RM60 per day for 8 hours. I was liked "what? it's a lot" . Then I asked my friend, who is still searching for part time job, to apply it together. After we agreed to apply and have go thru some procedure, we were called for interview. I'm a bit pelik, why does it require an interview and so on as the job is only wrapping the hamper because I do really hate INTERVIEW.
In the interview day, my friend and I went to the shop (Kedai Ubat) which was located in the Aeon Mall. As we arrived, we asked to meet the person incharge of our job application. Then, he (the person incharge) gave us forms to be filled. After we had finished fill all the forms, he said that my friend and I can start working very soon and they'll inform. As the job was for 1 month which in November. I thought we can start working on 1 Nov. However, we got called from Pina, the person incharge in the agency, saying that we should start working on 5th Nov due to the goods are not arrived yet. Can you imagine? WE HAVE ARRIVED AT THE SHOP!!
And then Pina told my friend that she will email an offer letter to her and my friend need to send it back to her. I'm feel a little bit strange because I didn't being informed about the offer letter. The next day I texted Pina about the job application because she didn't informed me anything regarding the job application. I asked her when I can start working EVEN I KNOW ITS ON 5 NOV. Then, she replied that she was sorry because the company had closed the application for the position and they have chose candidate for the position. I was really shocked! Its mean that she didn't proceed anything regarding the job and didn't email any offer letter to me because I'm not being chosen?? I'm a bit disappointed because I'm not being chose for the position while my friend did.
After rethinking, I realized that I've put high expectation on getting the job and I forgot that Allah hates that I'm expecting on something other than Him. Moreover, I asked Allah to provide me the best in my life and maybe this is one of it. He knows what is best for me while I didn't. Then, I smiled and said "Ain, this is Allah's plan and its the best. Put your trust on Him and never lose hope in Allah. Chin up and smile!"
I hope and I pray that I'll be more tough and strong to face all the obstacles upcoming with Allah's will. Amin
